Take notice that in pursuance of section 291 of the Companies Act 1955, the final meeting of the members of the above-named companies and a final meeting of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held at Level Fourteen, 318–324 Lambton Quay, Wellington on the 6th day of July 1993 at 11 a.m. for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of each of the above-named companies and showing how each winding up has been conducted and the property of each of the above-named companies disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof from the liquidator.

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of KPMG Peat Marwick, Fifth Level, KPMG Peat Marwick Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland at 9 a.m. on the 16th day of July 1993, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidators.

To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
