The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to P.M.C. (NZ) Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 28th day of May 1993, the bank appointed Grant Robert Graham and Michael Peter Stiassny, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Level Sixteen, Southpac Tower, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 15th day of April 1992.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

James Anton Northcott and Bernard Joseph O’Donnell, give notice that on the 28th day of May 1993, they appointed Bernard Joseph O’Donnell of Dunedin, solicitor, as receiver and manager of North Island Hotels Limited under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture, dated the 25th day of September 1991.
