Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Granting as Compensation in Thames-Coromandel District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of March 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 March 1993, No. 35, page 724, acquiring land for granting as compensation on Thames-Coromandel District by deleting from the heading the words “Thames-Coromandel” and substituting “Matamata-Piako”.
