Take notice that on Friday, the 18th day of June 1993 at 10.30 a.m., or so soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, counsel for the applicant will move in the Court at Auckland for orders:

1. Confirming the reduction of paid up capital resolved in the special resolution of Morpet Holdings Limited of the 30th day of March 1993.

2. Approving the following minute showing the amount of capital of the company of Morpet Holdings Limited:

"The capital of Morpet Holdings Limited is $2,792,000.00 divided into 1,396,000 fully paid ordinary ‘A’ shares of $1.00 each and 1,396,000 fully paid ordinary ‘B’ shares of $1.00 each having been reduced from $5,892,000.00 divided into 2,946,000 fully paid ‘A’ shares of $1.00 each and 2,946,000 fully paid ‘B’ shares of $1.00 each."
