Central and Southern Hawke’s Bay Fire Districts Notice 1993

Pursuant to section 26 of the Fire Service Act 1975, the New Zealand Fire Service Commission hereby gives the following notice.

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as the Central and Southern Hawke’s Bay Fire Districts Notice 1993.

2. This notice shall come into force on the 15th day of February 1993.

3. This notice revokes and is in substitution for all previous Fire District Notices for each of the Fire Districts listed in the Schedule.

4. The Hawke’s Bay Fire District Notice in the New Zealand Gazette issued 10 January 1992 (Notice No. 10, page 227), only revoked the previous Gazette notice dated 1980. This notice revokes all other Hawke’s Bay Fire District Notices issued prior to 10 January 1992.

Vesting of a Reserve in the Gisborne District Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the East Coast Regional Conservator hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in The Gisborne District Council in trust for local purpose (site for community buildings).

Cancellation of Vesting and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby cancels the vesting in The Wellington Hospital Board and revokes the reservation as a reserve for hospital purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
