Trust Bank Central Limited, with reference to Earl Jefferys Kinney Automotive Engineering Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of May 1993, it appointed Rodney Arthur De Terte and John Richard Palai ret, jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of the property of the above-named company under the powers contained in a registered debenture dated the 31st day of January 1992.

The offices of the receivers and managers are care of KPMG Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, 86 Station Street, Napier. The property charged by the debenture is all of the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital, present and future.
