acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of
publication hereof in the Gazette.

WATER SUPPLY AND WATER STORAGE EASEMENT AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT OVER LAND IN TAUPO DISTRICT ACQUIRED FOR WATERWORKS

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor of
the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton,
declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the water supply and water storage easement described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for waterworks
over the land firstly described in the Third Schedule hereto and
the drainage easement described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby acquired for water works over the land
secondly and thirdly described in the Third Schedule hereto
and such easements shall vest in The Taupo District Council
on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
