Notice of Application for the Transfer of an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 18 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that I intend to consider an application for the International Air Service Licence issued to Southern World Airlines Limited of Auckland, New Zealand, to be transferred to Cargo New Zealand Limited of Auckland, New Zealand, on or after the 5th day of August 1993. Further details are available from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 3175, Wellington.

Transport Act 1962
The Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1993
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport dated the 16th day of November 1992, I, John Paul Edgar, Manager Road and Traffic Standards, give the following notice:
Notice
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1993.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule are declared to be 70 kilometre an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The road specified in the Third Schedule is excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1990, signed on the 6th day of July 1990*, and the Traffic (Waipa County) Notice No. 1, 1981, dated on the 2nd day of February 1981†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, are revoked.
The Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 1, 1969, dated on the 15th day of September 1969‡, issued pursuant to the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, is revoked.
So much of the Traffic (Waipa District) Notice No. 2, 1992, signed on the 26th day of June, 1992§, which relates to Lamb Street in the Schedules below, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, is revoked.
