Advertising Rates
The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:
Category 1
Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.
Category 2
Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.
The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.
All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Management Rights for Cellular Services and Licences for UHF TV, AM and FM Broadcasting
The following notice is a list of provisionally successful tenderers by lot, who tendered under the call for tenders for management rights and licences suitable for Broadcasting and other telecommunication uses, issued on 1 April 1993.
Confirmation will follow any necessary clearances or authorisations under the Commerce Act 1986, where applicable, and payment in settlement, where required, by the tenderers concerned.
Final results for lots will be published in detail in the New Zealand Gazette in due course.
