District of Tasman

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property,
Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson:

(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that agreements to
that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and vested in
The Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof
in the Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to section 116 (1), declares the portions of
road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands
and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information,
Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to
be limited access road, which has become road, limited access
road and State highway, and shall vest in the Crown on the
date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Marlborough Land District—Marlborough District

420 square metres, situated in Block XI, Linkwater Survey
District, being part Section 41, Waitohi Valley Registration
District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 7096, lodged in
the office of the Chief Surveyor at Blenheim.
