Notice of Final Meeting of Members

Notice is given that the final meetings of the members of the above-named companies will be held at 10 a.m. on the 8th day of June 1993 at the Eighth Floor, Citibank Centre, 23 Customs Street East, Auckland.

The purpose of each final meeting is to have an account laid before each company showing how the winding up of that company has been conducted and the property of that company disposed of.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the office of Nu-con Systems Limited, 20 Fairfax Avenue, Penrose, Auckland on the 2nd day of June 1993 at 9 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the assets disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

To consider and if thought fit, to pass the following extraordinary resolution, namely:
