Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Rodney District Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Rodney District Council

832 square metres, more or less, being Lot 17, D.P. 63149. Part certificate of title 64/933 cancelled. Subject to a building line restriction K.93219.

235 square metres, more or less, being Lot 27, D.P. 53524. Part certificate of title 3A/639. Subject to a drainage easement T. 598545.

Both situated in Block XII, Waiwera Survey District.

New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981

Declaring Road at Hundalee to be Acquired for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and all other powers enabling under that Act, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation, hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered onto, the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

All that piece of road containing 2504 square metres, situated in Block XXI, Hundalee Survey District, adjoining Section 2, Block XX, and Section 20 and part Section 4, Block XXI, Hundalee Survey District; as shown marked “D” on plan L.O. 35596 (S.O. 6732), lodged in the office of the New Zealand Railways Corporation at Wellington.
