Take notice that on the 28th day of April 1993, the High Court of New Zealand, Napier Registry, M. 41/93, confirmed a special resolution of the company, passed on the 30th day of March 1993, reducing the company’s capital from $200,000.00 to $15,000.00 and extinguishing liability on the cancelled capital.

The reason for the reduction in capital is that as a result of trading losses the company has lost capital and the amount of capital cancelled was not represented by available assets.
