Declaration of the Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies Dissolving a Charitable Trust

I, Luisa Tui, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the under-mentioned charitable trust is no longer carrying on operations, it is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 26 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957:

Ngati Toarangatira Ki Wairau Trust

On the 17th day of December 1992, it was resolved by a majority exceeding three quarters at a special general meeting of the beneficiaries and pursuant to section 24 (2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and clause 25 (a) of the trust deed dated the 1st day of October 1992, that the Ngati Toarangatira Ki Wairau Trust be wound up voluntarily and further resolved that John Rowland Leslie, chartered accountant of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for the purposes of winding up the affairs of the trust and distributing the assets.

A statutory declaration of solvency was filed with the Registrar of Incorporated Societies prior to the passing of the resolutions.
