Conversion Charge

The conversion charge applies where an existing 2Mbit/s access used for Digital Voice Access is converted to Wideband DDS, or vice versa.

• Charge per 2Mbit/s access for conversion between DVA and Wideband DDS... $950.00

5.4.2 PBX Tieline Service

Installation Charges

Where more than two Dedicated Voice Service accesses are installed in a customer's premises at the same time, the installation charge will be based on the actual costs involved, but will not be less than twice the standard installation price.

Other Charges

Charges for other alterations and adjustments to customer circuits will be based on actual costs involved. They will include, for example, labour, materials and travelling time.

Upgrade Charge

A standard charge applies to the upgrade of an existing V1 access to a PBX Tieline access, where no visit to the customer's premises is required, or where the upgrade is done in conjunction with the installation of additional new DVS circuits.

• Charge per end for the upgrade of a V1 access to a DVS access... $140.00

Where the upgrade of a V1 access to a PBX Tieline access involves a visit to the customer's premises, or no new DVS accesses are being installed, the installation charge will apply to any upgrade of a circuit from V1 to DVS (see above).

Installation Charges

Analogue Access

• Charge per end for a 2-wire analogue access... $265.00
• Charge per end for a 4-wire and E&M Access... $475.00

• Charge per end for a 2-wire analogue access for Remote PBX extensions... $210.00
