Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 405 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, that Lease Plan Australia Limited, a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia, but having a place of business in New Zealand at Auckland, intends to cease to have a place of business in New Zealand as from the 21st day of July 1993.

Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of Lewis’s Home Fabrics Limited will be held at the offices of Lewis’s Home Fabrics Limited at Surrey Street, Tawa on Wednesday, the 26th day of May 1993 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit, of passing as a special resolution the following:

“That pursuant to sections 15A (5) and 18 (1) (a) and 18 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company be and is hereby amended by omitting all the objects and powers of the company contained therein and that henceforth the company shall have rights and powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in section 15A (1) (a) to (h) of the Companies Act 1955).”
