Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Under the Companies Act 1955, between The Commissioner of Inland Revenue, Wellington—Plaintiff:

And—Annas Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered offices at 66 Corstorphine Road, Dunedin—Defendant:

Take notice that on Monday, the 1st day of March 1993, an application for the winding up of Annas Holdings Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 12th day of May 1993 at 9.30 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is The Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Wood Adams, Solicitors, 19 Bond Street (P.O. Box 803 or D.X. 17018), Dunedin.
