Notice of Results of First Meetings Regarding Nomination of Liquidators and Committee of Inspection

The official assignee has reported to the High Court the results of the first meetings of creditors and contributories of the above-named company as regards the nomination of liquidators and committee of inspection.

Notice is hereby given that the Court has fixed Tuesday, the 11th day of May 1993 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon at the High Court at Auckland, for the consideration of such report and that application will be made for orders appointing Michael Peter Stiassny and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators, and a committee of inspection consisting of Kevin John Honnis, company director of Hamilton; Kevin Donald Brown, managing director; Monita Edward Delamere, chartered accountant; Mark Ronald Baigent, marketing manager and Philip Stewart Reid, hotel manager, all of Auckland.

Note: Any creditor or contributory is entitled to be heard.
