Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an instrument of dissolution dated the 4th day of March 1993, and filed in the office of the District Registrar of Industrial and Provident Societies at Christchurch, the registry of the above society will be terminated on the expiry of 3 months from the date of the New Zealand Gazette, bearing this notice unless any member or other person interested in having any claim on the funds of the society commences proceedings to set aside the dissolution of the society.

Such proceedings must be commenced in the District Court, in or near the locality in which the registered office of the abovementioned society is situated and notice of any such proceedings must be forwarded to the District Registrar referred to above, not less than 7 days prior to the commencement of proceedings.

Notice of Retirement of Partner

P. G. A. Coburn has retired from the firm of Wood Marshall with effect from the 31st day of March 1993.

With effect from that date he is practising on his own account under the style The Property Law Centre from the offices the firm formerly occupied at Papanui in Christchurch.

The remaining partners are D. J. Marshall, S. J. Savill, P. H. B. Hall, P. J. Egden and S. L. Kaminski and they will continue to practise under the style Wood Marshall from the same offices at Durham Street and at Shirley in Christchurch with the same telephone, fax, P.O. Box and D.X. numbers.
