Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State
Highway No. 7, and shall vest in the Crown.

Revoking the Secondary Use of Land at Waiouru, Ruapehu District

Pursuant to section 191 of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Defence hereby revokes the notice dated the 23th
day of August 1985, and published in the New Zealand
Gazette, 5 September 1985, No. 164, page 3840, authorising
the secondary uses of the land described therein for Ministry of
Works and Development depot and staff accommodation.
