Conservation

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Road Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose road-reserve, over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Tauranga District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.

4,844 square metres, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 21090. All certificate of title C.T. 21B/91. Recorded on N.Z.M.S. 261 U14 Tauranga Townsheet 33.24.

Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (sanitary landfill) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1993, No. 27.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is, in relation only to the pieces of land described in the Second Schedule hereto, hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
