The following rates for the insertion of material in the Principal Edition of the New Zealand Gazette apply as from 1 July 1991:

Category 1

Single column notices, e.g.: Notices under the Transport Act, Public Works Act — 55c per word.

Category 2

Notices in table form or taking up two columns across the page, e.g.: Regulation Summaries, notices under the Medicines Act — 60c per word.

The appropriate rate to be applied to an advertisement will be determined at the time of setting up the notice for publication. Customers will be invoiced in accordance with standard commercial practices. Advertising rates are not negotiable.

All rates shown are inclusive of G.S.T.

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Special Quarantine Ground (Notice No. 5233)

Pursuant to section 11A (1) of the Animals Act 1967, land at Flemming Road, R.D. 2, Rotorua, as described in the attached Schedule, is hereby declared to be a special quarantine ground for the detention of imported poultry.

1. I, Hunter Macdonald Donaldson, General Manager, Communications Division, Ministry of Commerce, acting on behalf of the Secretary of Commerce and with his authority, acting pursuant to paragraph 3 of the First Schedule to the call for tenders issued by me on Thursday, 1 April 1993 and notified in the Gazette on 1 April 1993 at page 864 (“Call for Tenders for Radio Spectrum Rights”), hereby amend the call for tenders as follows:

Amendment to Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the call for tenders is hereby amended by withdrawing Lot 302CJB.
