Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped and Vested—Opotiki District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Gisborne:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road which pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, forms part of State Highway No. 2.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (7), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to be stopped and added to The Waiotahi George Scenic Reserve comprised in Gazette notice 147878.1.

Land Acquired for a Psychiatric Hospital in the City of Nelson

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a psychiatric hospital and shall vest in the Nelson-Marlborough Area Health Board on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
