Notice is hereby given that an order of the High Court at Auckland, dated the 11th day of March 1993, confirming the reduction of the authorised share capital of the above-named company from $2,500,000 divided into 2,500,000 ordinary shares of $1 each to $150,000 divided into 250,000 fully paid ordinary shares of 6 cents each was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 23rd day of March 1993.

  3. Principal Place of Business: The registered office of the general partner, Level 5, 67 Customs Street East, Auckland 1000.

  4. Term of the Partnership: The term of the partnership shall commence on the date of registration of this certificate in accordance with section 54 of the Act and shall and upon the sooner to occur of:

    (a) The registration of a certificate of dissolution pursuant to section 62 of the Act; or

    (b) The expiration of seven (7) years from the date of registration of this certificate, or if the term of the partnership shall have been extended in accordance with sections 57 and 58 of the Act, then the expiration of the extended term.
