Westpac Banking Corporation hereby give notice that at the request of the director on the 19th day of March 1993, it appointed Anthony George Lewis and Robert Ian Thompson, chartered accountants, whose office is care of Coopers and Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, 113—119 The Terrace (P.O. Box 243), Wellington, as receivers and managers of all the assets and property of the above-named company under the power contained in an instrument, dated the 20th day of July 1990, being a debenture from Kiwi Mussels Processors Limited (formerly Pelorus Processors Limited) to Westpac Banking Corporation.
