Right of Way Easement Acquired—Dartmoor Road—Hawke’s Bay District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, declares an agreement to that effect having been entered into, that a right of way easement over the land described in the Schedule is acquired for conservation purposes (public access) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of February 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 4th day of March 1993, No. 28, page 599, under the heading “Realignment of Hihirooa Road—Gisborne District” by substituting the plan number S.O. 8504 for the plan number S.O. 8054 in the Schedule.
