Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to regulation 14 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1990, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary of Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 July 1992, which was granted under those regulations to Amohaere Kawe-Roes in respect of Rereahu Te Kohanga Reo, Mangapeehi Road, Benneydale.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992

Declaration of the National Security Unit as a Psychiatric Security Institution

Pursuant to section 100 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, the Minister of Health declares the building described in the Schedule hereto to be a psychiatric security institution for the purposes of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992.

Schedule

The National Security Unit, Lake Alice Hospital, is a single building, surrounded by a perimeter fence, located in the south-west quadrant of Section 8, certificate of title No. 42B/17.

Tauranga By-Election Notifying Issue of Writ, Date of Polling, etc

Pursuant to a warrant under the hand of the Speaker of the House of Representatives dated the 18th day of March 1993 directed to the Clerk of the Writs, I have this day issued a writ to the Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Tauranga authorising the Returning Officer to proceed to the election of a Member of Parliament for that electoral district and have fixed Sunday, the 28th day of March 1993 as the last day for the nomination of candidates, Saturday, the 17th day of April 1993, as the day upon which the poll for such election shall (if necessarily) be taken, and Saturday, the 8th day of May 1993, as the day on or before which the said writ shall be returnable to me.
