Third Schedule
Game Licences and Licence Fees
Pursuant to regulations 5 and 13 of the Wildlife Regulations 1955, the Minister of Conservation hereby approves the licence fees set and payable in respect of each class of game licence and the conditions attached thereto or hereunder.
The holder of any game licence for the 1993 game season shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits for each Fish and Game Region in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the notice in the New Zealand Gazette in which the Minister of Conservation declared the 1993 open season for game.
The provisions of the Arms Act 1983 apply with respect to firearms used in accordance with the licence.
Definitions
Adult: Any person 20 years of age or older as at 1 May 1993.
Young Adult: Any person 16 years of age or older but not having obtained 20 years of age as at 1 May 1993.
Junior: Any person under the age of 16 years as at 1 May 1993.
Child: Any person under the age of 12 years as at 1 May 1993.
Class: New Zealand Whole Season Game Licence
Conditions: A New Zealand Whole Season Game licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in all Fish and Game Regions of New Zealand.
Fees:
Adult: Fifty three dollars ($53.00 GST inclusive).
Young Adult: Twenty six dollars and fifty cents ($26.50 GST inclusive).
Junior: Ten dollars and fifty cents ($10.50 GST inclusive).
Child: No fee.
Class: One Week Game Licence
Conditions:
(1) A one week licence may be issued and be available for use on or after the tenth day (10 May 1993) of the open season for game for a period of seven (7) days from the date specified on the licence.
(2) The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the region of issue only.
Fees:
Adult: Twenty six dollars and fifty cents ($26.50 GST inclusive).
Young Adult: Thirteen dollars ($13.00 GST inclusive).
Junior: Five dollars and fifty cents ($5.50 GST inclusive).
Child: No fee.
Class: One Day Game Licence
Conditions:
(1) A One Day Licence may be issued and be available for use on or after the tenth day (10 May 1993) of the open season for game for a period of one day as specified on the licence.
(2) The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the region of issue only.
Fees:
Adult: Ten dollars and fifty cents ($10.50 GST inclusive).
Young Adult: Five dollars and fifty cents ($5.50 GST inclusive).
Junior: Two dollars ($2.00 GST inclusive).
Child: No fee.
