Land Acquired for Road in Kaipara District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired for road and shall vest in The Kaipara District Council on the date of publication in the Gazette.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Stopped Road in Waitakere City to be Vested

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, amends the declaration dated the 19th day of February 1993, published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the 23rd day of February 1993, No. 25, page 543, pursuant to section 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the operative clause the number “68C/985” and inserting the words “91D/242, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 447049.5”.

Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for Road in Westland District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of February 1993, and published in the Gazette of 25 February 1993, No. 25, page 541, declaring Crown land set apart for road in Westland District, by deleting the words “State Highway No. 6” and substituting therefore the words “State Highway No. 73”.

Surrender of Right of Way, Stormwater and Sewage Easements Held for the Benefit of Te Mata Primary School, Havelock North

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby declares as follows:

(1) By declaration dated the 27th day of February 1987 published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1987, page 1024 and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Napier under No. 474568.1 the Crown acquired a right of way easement in gross for a State primary school.

(2) By declaration dated the 30th day of July 1991 published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 8th day of August 1991, page 2602 and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Napier under 561259.1 the Crown acquired easements for the right to convey sewage and stormwater.

(3) The Crown retained the right to surrender such easements by way of notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(4) The Crown hereby surrenders all rights contained in the said Gazette notices registered under No. 474568.1 and 561259.1 effective as at the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Amending Gazette Notice Stopping and Vesting Road Wairoa District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the Notice dated 5th February 1993, published in New Zealand of 18th February 1993 at page 470 under the head “Road Stopped and Vested in Block VII, Waihua Survey District—Wairoa District” (IN. 1303) by:

(1) deleting the reference to “certificate of title M1/535” in sub-paragraph (1) of the declaration and substituting “certificate of title P3/1213”.

(2) deleting the reference to “certificate of title P3/1213” in sub-paragraph (5) of the declaration and substituting “certificate of title M1/535”.
