Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Thames-Coromandel District Council.

Road Realignment in Taupo District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Taupo District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the said piece of stopped road, now known as Section 1, S.O. 58110, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 50A/384, subject to caveat B. 117881, South Auckland Land Registry.
