Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 (12) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an esplanade reserve for recreation and communal uses for the common use and benefit of the people of New Zealand being commonly known as Te Kaipatiki Te Kahika Te Tete Whaiherenga Ki Te Karaka Tapu.

North Auckland Land District

All that piece of land situated in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District and described as follows:

Area ha Being
4.1 Part Waitangi 23 Block, and being part of the land contained in the partition order of the Maori Land Court dated the 27th day of August 1965.

Notice Setting Apart General Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 439 (1) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, Kaumatua flats and papakainga for the common use and benefit of the Rennie Whanau and Iwi of Ngati Apa.

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and pursuant to a recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation. The purpose to be ko te take kia kaua e ngaro nga urupa o matou tupuna the beneficiaries are to be Te Kapotai, Ngatipare, Ngati Te Awa and Ngatiawa hapu. The boundaries are as follows:
