Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of Wyndham Concrete Limited will be held at 2 p.m. on the 2nd day of April 1993 at the offices of Messrs Preston Russell, Solicitors, 92 Spey Street, Invercargill, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following special resolution:

“That pursuant to section 18 (1) (a) and 18 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company be altered by omitting all the objects and all the provisions in respect of the powers of the company set out in clause III and inserting in its place the following:

‘III The company has the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person and in addition has the powers described in section 15A (1) (a) to (h) of the Companies Act 1955.’”
