The official assignee has reported to the High Court the results of the first meetings of creditors and contributories of the above-named company as regards the nomination of a liquidator and committee of inspection.

Notice is hereby given that the Court has fixed Thursday, the 1st day of April 1993 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon at the High Court at Auckland for the consideration of such report and that application will be made for orders appointing Keith Raymond Smith and Brian Mayo-Smith, chartered accountants of Auckland, as joint and several liquidators and a committee of inspection consisting of Clifford George Robson, managing director and Leslie Stewart Scorgie, managing director, both of Auckland.
