Notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 10th day of March 1993, the following-named special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

"That a declaration of solvency has been made and that it is expected that creditors will be paid in full, and that the company be wound up voluntarily."
