Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1993, No. 13.

  2. The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby amended by omitting all reference to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.

Public Works Act 1981

Land Acquired for the Purposes of the Conservation Act 1987 in Manawatu District

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for the purposes of the Conservation Act 1987 and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

46.9000 hectares, being part Section 17, Block XIII, Ruahine Survey District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 36944, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.
