Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The Bank of New Zealand, with reference to Transport (Wairarapa) Limited (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of February 1993, the bank, at the request of the directors of the above-named company, appointed Bruce McCallum and David Ross Patterson, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of McCallum Pettersen & Co., Chartered Accountants, Level Eight, BNZ Trust House, 50 Manners Street, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 1st day of November 1940.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
