Public Works Act 1981

Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in Te Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the piece of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that area “C”, now known as Section 3, S.O. 58830, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 1780, folio 81, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 121776.6, South Auckland Land Registry.
