Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955

AMP Perpetual Trustee Company N.Z. Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington, being the holder of a debenture dated the 12th day of September 1988, given in its favour by Main Stockbrokers Limited (now in receivership), hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of February 1993, it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield of Smith Chilcott, whose office is at the First Floor, General Buildings, 29 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Main Stockbrokers Limited (in receivership), pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.

I, Daphne Isabella Darragh, married woman of Invercargill, hereby give notice that on the 17th day of February 1993, I appointed Roger Neil Wilson and Michael Patrick Fenton, whose office is at the firm of Ward Wilson & Partners, corner of Spey and Devon Streets, Invercargill, to be receivers and managers of all the undertaking, property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 14th day of July 1989 and given by this company to Daphne Isabella Darragh, married woman of Invercargill.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.
