Land at 5 Straven Road and 94 Riccarton Road Set Apart for Road (Service Lane)

Pursuant to section 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, at the request of The Christchurch City Council, hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by that council, to be set apart for road (service lane).

Amending Notice

Land at Long Bay Road, Goughs Bay, Akaroa, Set Apart for Education Purposes

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 4th day of February 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 11th day of February 1993, No. 18 at page 345, by omitting from the Schedule “3625” and substituting “3635”.
