Road Realignment in Ruapehu District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Ruapehu District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that areas “E”, “F” and “G”, now known as Sections 1 to 3, S.O. 56275 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in Provisional Register, Volume 105, folio 25, South Auckland Land Registry.

First Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block IX, Ongarue Survey District.
As shown on the plans marked as above mentioned and lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Second Schedule

South Auckland Land District

Situated in Block IX, Ongarue Survey District.
As shown marked as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 56275, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Road Stopped in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped;

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares:

(i) The areas of stopped road firstly and secondly described, now known together as Section 5, S.O. 46998, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 7B/624, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 107650.2, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The area of stopped road thirdly described shall be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

(c) Pursuant to section 118, declares the area of stopped road fourthly described to be esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Situated in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District.
As shown coloured as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 46998, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Westland District

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, declares the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for road, which, pursuant to section 60 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway No. 6, and shall vest in the Crown.
