Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How
Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a road reserve over land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by The Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Manukau City

862 square metres, more or less, being Lot 23, D.P. 44505, situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District. Part certificate of title 756/107. Limited as to parcels. Subject to a building line restriction created by K. 60517.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage
a Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over
a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Auckland Playcentre Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve (site for a playcentre), described in the Schedule hereto.

Maori Land Development Notice

Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1993, No. 1.

2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

3. The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
