Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that an integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Senior Manager, National Operations, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Rudolf Steiner School Trust (Otago) proprietor of the following school:

Kotuku Rudolf Steiner School, Dunedin

The said integration agreement was executed on the 29th day of January 1993. A copy of the integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the national office of the Ministry of Education, Pipitea Street, Wellington.
