Take notice that I, the undersigned provisional liquidator of the above-named company, have applied to the High Court at Christchurch for the following orders:

1. An order appointing a liquidator in place of the official assignee.

2. An order appointing a committee of inspection.

3. An order that the costs and disbursements of the official assignee as provisional liquidator be a first charge on any funds received by the newly appointed liquidator.
