"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly, the company be wound up voluntarily."

Notice of Members Voluntary Winding Up Meeting

Pursuant to Section 279 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1955, Renall Timber Industries Limited (in receivership and in liquidation) on the 26th day of September 1992, passed a resolution for a members voluntary winding up and appointed Bryan George Pocock and Richard Bruce Hudson joint liquidators.

The liquidators have formed the opinion that the company will not be able to pay its debts in full within the period stated in the declaration made by the directors under section 274 of the Companies Act 1955, and accordingly summons a meeting of the creditors to be held in the boardroom, Level Nineteen, Marac House, 105–109 The Terrace, Wellington on the 5th day of March 1993 commencing at 10 a.m.
