Land Transfer Act Notices

Notice is hereby given that a new certificate of title will be issued in the names of the applicants for the parcel of land hereinafter described under section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, unless a caveat is lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

The application number is 8688. The applicants are Gordon Thomas Dodds of Kaitaia, farmer and Noel Maree Dodds, his wife.

4760 square metres, more or less, being Lots 1, 2 and 3 on Land Transfer Plan 150114 and being part Section 1, Block XI, Takahue Survey District.
