Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977

Permission for the Conduct Within New Zealand of Lottery Promoted Outside New Zealand

Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977,

I, Graeme Lee, the Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit
Kellogg (Australia) Pty. Limited to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme for Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain packs.

Schedule

Conditions

The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:

(1) Kellogg (Australia) Pty. Limited shall not, after 31 August 1993, conduct the lottery within New Zealand;

(2) The results of the lottery shall be published no later than 17 September 1993, in the New Zealand Herald; and where any person in New Zealand wins a prize in the lottery, Kellogg (Australia) Pty. Limited shall notify that person by mail.

Permission for the Conduct Within New Zealand of Lottery Promoted Outside New Zealand

I, Graeme Lee, the Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit AAP Group, Sydney, Australia to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme for the 9th volume of Class Racehorses.

Conditions

The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely:

(1) AAP Group, Sydney, shall not, after 31 January 1993, conduct the lottery within New Zealand;

(2) The results of the lottery shall be published no later than 10 February 1993, in the New Zealand Herald and the Dominion newspapers; and where any person in New Zealand wins a prize in the lottery, the AAP Group shall notify that person by mail.
