Land Declared to be Road in the District of Tasman

Pursuant to section 114 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Tasman District Council on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

32 square metres, situated in Block IX, Waimea Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. 10225; as shown marked “C” on S.O. Plan 14982, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Nelson.

Revoking Section of State Highway—State Highway 10, Mangonui

Pursuant to section 60 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, the Transit New Zealand Authority gives notice that the State highway designation is hereby revoked on that section of State Highway No. 10 from its junction with the new State Highway No. 10 (Mangonui Bypass), through Grey Street West, Tasman Street, Karamea Road East, to its junction with the new State Highway No. 10 (Mangonui Bypass) at Route Position 63/10.74.

Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963

Auckland Regional Council Transport Loan No. 25, 1992, for $4,500,000—Special Order

The following special order was passed at a ordinary meeting of the Auckland Regional Council held on 16 November 1992 and confirmed at a ordinary meeting of the said council held on 10 December 1992, having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald on 18 November 1992 and 28 November 1992:

That the Auckland Regional Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, section 56, and in pursuance of the authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, and in exercise of all other powers enabling it in that behalf does hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) as a special loan to be known as Transport Loan No. 25, 1992, $4,500,000 for the purpose of funding share capital in Transportation Auckland Corporation Limited.

The common seal of the Auckland Regional Council was hereto affixed in the presence of the chairman and acting general secretary on 15 December 1992.

Nurses Act 1977

Order in Respect of Dennis James Kyle, Registered General and Obstetric Nurse

In exercise of its powers under section 42 (1) (b), 42 (2) (c), 42 (3) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 29 October 1992, after due inquiry found Dennis James Kyle of Dunedin, to have been guilty of professional misconduct and ordered that he pay a fine of $100.00; that he pay $4,600 (or actual costs, whichever is the lesser) towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the council and investigation made by the Preliminary Proceedings Committee; that a notice stating the effect of the order be published in the Gazette, and the New Zealand Nursing Journal.
