Easements to be Acquired and Land Acquired and Set Apart for a Communicable Diseases Centre in Porirua City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be acquired for a communicable diseases centre,

(b) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be set apart for a communicable diseases centre, and

(c) Pursuant to section 28, declares a right of way to be created in favour of the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, a right to support to be created in favour of the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto over the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, and an easement in gross for water drainage purposes in favour of The Porirua City Council over the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto.
