Pursuant to section 21 of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Maori Development hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice

This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1992, No. 26.
The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby revoked by omitting all reference to the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.
The lands described in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby released from Part II of the Maori Affairs Restructuring Act 1989.
