Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation hereby changes the classification of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a scenic reserve to a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Tararua District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Hawke’s Bay Conservancy, cancels the vesting in The Tararua District Council and revokes the reservation, as a local purpose (site for a roadman’s cottage) reserve, of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto.

Amendment to a Notice of Revocation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Regional Conservator of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the said notice revoking the reservation over the land in certificate of title 43/50, dated 28 October 1992, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 179, page 3746, by omitting from the said notice “as a local purpose (public hall) reserve” and inserting in its place “for the purposes of a public hall”.
